OP - I'm a professional driver. My other car is a heavily modded Fiero.

I probably read why the Fiero is so hated at some point but remind me, why does a car that looks so good and affordable be so loathed? Because there's plenty of unreliable cars from that time period anyway...or is everyone tainted by Fierraris :P

I wonder if you could supercharge the LS V6 with the top end of a Jaguar A126 engine.

Still, the weight and transmission would be just too expensive to deal with for what you'd end up with.

Considering a 2006 Lincoln ls v8 does 0-60 in about 6.7 seconds, a simple nitrous kit and a set of reasonably sticky tires should do the trick.

The last forum I heavily participated in deteriorated over the years from lots of trail runs, great tech, etc to a lot of rigs for sale with plenty of "if I only had the money" comments, wheeling trips canceled because "my rig is broken and I don't have the money" and various other issues of people whining about not being able to participate in the hobby.
